The goods are in better condition than you can imagine. A lot of the clothes come from the middle class, where people can afford to put aside clothes barely used for the new trend, which can be good for you as a customer of a thrift store.

You will find things that you cannot find elsewhere. When I think of finds, I think of decoration (which I love, by the way), but also old jewelry, unique t-shirts, and all that beautiful, almost new clothes. 
Respect the environment. By reusing existing items, you decrease the demand for the creation of new products. Less resources are burnt and you have preserved that beautiful t-shirt you just bought.

You are the backer of a non-profit organization doing good work. The Thrift Store is a second-hand store from which a portion of the proceeds will be donated to help underprivileged families.

It's funny. If you are on a bargain hunt, the Thrift Store may be a little slice of heaven for you. It allows you to find items ten times cheaper than if you had bought it in a department store.
